I don’t believe in tech for tech’s sake. I believe in building tools that serve people—tools that make teams stronger, operations smoother, and guest experiences more human, not less.

With expertise rooted in Forbes Five-Star standards, Dawn helped Co-Found LOULOU AI to develop innovative and curated solutions for guest experiences, addressing staffing challenges in hospitality with precision and care. Her mission: to empower teams and enhance guest interactions, demonstrating that meaningful training and thoughtful solutions elevate both experiences and outcomes. By enabling seamless operations, her approach ensures that internal teams can focus on building the most important connection—with each and every guest.
Throughout her career, Dawn has collaborated with some of the most iconic names in hospitality, including Mii Amo in Sedona and The Spa at Cliff House Resort - Maine. She has led large-scale renovations, managed multimillion-dollar operations, and elevated service standards to new heights, earning a reputation for delivering unparalleled luxury experiences.
